I live in a city that uses chloramine and has extremely hard water, both of which are very hard on skin and hair. Chloramine, in particular, can cause severe flare-ups in people with eczema. My son has sensitive skin, so when my old Kinetico water softening/filtration system died, I needed to replace it with something that would effectively filter out chloramines. In order to be educated when I talked to salespeople, I spent about a month doing research on how water filtration and softening systems worked, so I could ask the right questions. I ended up talking to multiple salespeople at at least five different companies before deciding on Southern Water Solutions. Jason was my initial point of contact with the company. He was extremely knowledgeable about the science of water softening and filtration, and I greatly appreciated his straightforward honesty and willingness to patiently answer all of my questions. Based on my research, I felt that the whole house water softener and filtration system that Southern Water Solutions was selling was going to be my best option for keeping chloramines out of the water in my home. I also felt very comfortable with the price of the system. The installers did a fantastic job! The look was aesthetically appealing, and I could immediately tell a huge difference in the quality of my water after the installation. I have had the Southern Water Solutions system for a year now, and I am still very happy with it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I’d like to give a shout-out to Brian Leaumont & Jason Anthony with Southern Water Solutions, LLC. (SWS) I had a very funky water situation at my business and I reached out to Jason Anthony from the posts shared about their business. After testing and recommendations to resolve the issue, I moved forward with installing a water softener with SWS. During my 1.5 years of waiting for city permits to be approved, I reached out to Jason Anthony on several occasions to discuss concerns I had with the water system they installed only working at 60% from what I had anticipated. Jason responded promptly to my concerns, wanting to make it right every single time. We got it to a point that seemed somewhat okay but never 100%. Prior to finally opening, I reached out to Jason to advise something still wasn’t right. Jason & Brian stepped in right before my grand opening to find the ultimate resolution. Without trying to point the blame on what could have been the problem, they took care of it and made it right 100% without trying to nickel and dime me to death. Although, I would have paid to make it right for my customers by any means. As a small business owner, it is a pleasure to work with another company that takes pride in making it right for customers even when things happen, and SOUTHERN WATER SOLUTIONS, LLC fits this perfectly! If you are reading this review because you are on the fence about going with Southern Water Solutions, JUST DO IT. I thought I was suffering with eczema the way my skin would itch. I was ashy and my hair looked awful. The first shower I took after having my water softener and filtration system installed was life-changing. My soap lathered again. I was amazed by the customer care, service, and quality of work these guys did in my house! Jason was amazing, and the whole crew that worked with us. Jason was very knowledgeable and personable for our needs in our house and always in touch! I’m very pleased with the quality of their work and the results we got with our system! I shopped around a lot for prices and quality, and they were the best by far! They were very honest about everything and very realistic about what we need and what we don’t! I rarely leave reviews, but I highly recommend this company for all your water treatment needs. I was amazed by the service and quality of work these guys do. I got a water softener and carbon filter system installed today, and Jason/Brian are two great knowledgeable guys to work with. I shopped around a lot for prices and quality and ended up going with them due to the prices and knowledge they shared during the multiple conversations. They even broke down competitive quotes from other companies and explained what I would be getting with each competitor package. They did not force me into a sale at any point, and they do things with high integrity and quality and will not disappoint.
